Lauren Babb Tomlinson: A Public Policy Leader Advancing Women’s Empowerment and Equity Across California
Lauren Babb Tomlinson is a respected public policy leader and women’s rights advocate currently serving as the Chief Public Affairs Officer at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte. She plays a key role in advancing policy initiatives that promote equity, healthcare access, and gender justice across California. In addition to her professional leadership, Lauren serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Foundation California, where she continues to support initiatives that empower women and communities of color.
Lauren works at the intersection of policy, advocacy, and leadership to ensure that women’s voices especially those from underrepresented communities are heard and represented in public policy decisions. Her leadership extends beyond her organization, shaping statewide conversations on reproductive rights, social justice, and civic engagement.
